Targets Widget

The Targets widget is an automatically updating real-time overview of your current call flow. We suggest sorting by ‘Live’ calls so your targets list reorders as your call flow changes, giving you an accurate depiction of your call routes as they change.

The gear menu icon lets you customize the columns that are shown in this view, column headers are sortable, and you can drag and drop column headers to reorganize the table. Your preferences are sticky and will remain until you choose to modify them again.

Name
The name of the target.

Live
Current number of calls connected to the target.

Hour
Number of calls connected to the target in the last hour.

Status
[wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph178″ wrap=”i” color=”green”]    – Open and available for calls.
[wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph178″ wrap=”i” color=”orange”]    –  Capped by volume or concurrency.
[wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph178″ wrap=”i” color=”red”]    –  Closed and unavailable for calls.

 

Campaigns Widget

The Campaigns widget gives you an overview of your current campaign, their status, and basic information needed to configure the integration of your websites and landing pages.

The gear menu icon lets you customize the columns that are shown in this view, column headers are sortable, and you can drag and drop column headers to reorganize the table. Your preferences are sticky and will remain until you choose to modify them again.

The campaigns widget is the same functionality as the ‘View Campaigns’ main menu option under ‘Campaigns’.

ID
The Ringba identification code for your campaign, used in our JS tags. The Campaign ID is the hash following ‘c=’:

 

 

Status
Before starting any campaign, it is important to make sure your campaign is completely configured or you may lose calls. When your campaign is ready, you will see a green check mark:  [wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph286″ wrap=”i” color=”green”] . If your campaign has a:  [wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph189″ wrap=”i” color=”red”]   your campaign is not completely configured and is not ready to receive calls.

Name
The name of your campaign that is used around the platform. We suggest using a short name if possible. Long campaign names may get cut off on the dashboard or reporting views when viewing large amounts of data.

Country
Campaigns can only be configured for a single country. Numbers are only issued to a campaign from the country that is specified. If you have a campaign that works in two countries, you will need to create two campaigns, one for each specific geographic area.

Size
Total numbers in this campaign’s number pool.

Default
The unformatted default number for this campaign.

Format
The format that Ringba JS will display your phone numbers in. Each ‘n’ will be replaced with the respective number, allowing you to format your phone number however you’d like.

Available Actions

Click to view or edit all of the settings that apply to a campaign. You can also click the campaign name to edit the settings. Whenever editing a campaign, it’s important to note that your settings will take effect immediately upon saving.

[wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph270″ wrap=”i”]   – Copy Campaign ID
This action copies the Campaign ID automatically to your clipboard. The Campaign ID is useful for configuring your dynamic number pool campaigns, or easily swapping out a campaign without changing pre-installed code.

Top Performers Widget

The Top Performers widget contains real-time updates of your top performing publishers, targets and campaigns. Each tab has same columns of data so the following reference guide applies to each tab.

Data is ranked by the number of inbound calls for publishers, received calls for targets, and gross calls for campaigns.

Name
The name of the publisher, target or campaign based on the tab that is currently selected.

Imps. (Impressions)
The total number of impressions generated by dynamic number pools for the row (this column doesn’t apply to the ‘Targets’ tab).

Calls
The total number of calls generated by publishers, connected with targets, or promoted for campaigns.

Conv. (Conversions)
The total number of calls that converted.

Rev. (Revenue)
Gross revenue generated by a publisher, target or campaign.

Payout
The gross amount of money paid out to publishers for generating calls.

Profit
The gross revenue minus the gross payout. Example: $1,000 revenue – $500 payouts = $500 profit.

 

Performance Summary

The Performance Summary is a dashboard widget with a 7 day summary of your overall call statistics aggregated into a complete business overview.

Impressions
Total number of impressions generated by Ringba JavaScript tags for your entire account.

Inbound Calls
Total number of inbound calls generated by your entire account.

Connected Calls
Total number of calls connected to targets by your entire account.

Completed Calls
Total number of calls completed by your entire account.

Conversions
Total number of calls that met criteria to be counted as a conversion across your entire account.

Avg Call Length (Average Call Length)
The average length of all calls throughout your account. This is calculated by taking the total number of seconds divided by the total number of connected calls. Example: 1,000 minutes / 100 calls = ACL of 10 minutes.

Busy Targets
Number of calls to targets where the target returned a busy signal.

Revenue
Gross revenue generated by all campaigns in your account.

Payout
Gross payout for all publishers generating calls throughout your account.
