The Dashboard contains several widgets for quickly accessing a high-level overview of your entire account.

Available Dashboard Widgets include:

  • [wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph67″ wrap=”i”]  Performance Summary
  • [wp-svg-icons icon=”trophy” wrap=”i”]  Top Performers
  • [wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph119″ wrap=”i”]  Campaigns
  • [wp-svg-icons icon=”radio-checked” wrap=”i”]  Targets

[wp-svg-icons custom_icon=”glyph67″ wrap=”i”]   Performance Summary

The Performance Summary is a dashboard widget with a 7 day summary of your overall call statistics aggregated into a complete business overview.

[wp-svg-icons icon=”trophy” wrap=”i”]  Top Performers

The Top Performers widget contains real-time updates of your top performing publishers, targets and campaigns. Each tab has same columns of data so the following reference guide applies to each tab.

Data is ranked by the number of inbound calls for publishers, received calls for targets, and gross calls for campaigns.

The Campaigns widget gives you an overview of your current campaign, their status, and basic information needed to configure the integration of your websites and landing pages.

The gear menu icon lets you customize the columns that are shown in this view, column headers are sortable, and you can drag and drop column headers to reorganize the table. Your preferences are sticky and will remain until you choose to modify them again.

The campaigns widget is the same functionality as the ‘View Campaigns’ main menu option under ‘Campaigns’.

[wp-svg-icons icon=”radio-checked” wrap=”i”] Targets

The Targets widget is an automatically updating real-time overview of your current call flow. We suggest sorting by ‘Live’ calls so your targets list reorders as your call flow changes, giving you an accurate depiction of your call routes as they change.

The gear menu icon lets you customize the columns that are shown in this view, column headers are sortable, and you can drag and drop column headers to reorganize the table. Your preferences are sticky and will remain until you choose to modify them again.
