“What is Ringba’s Account Manager functionality, and how does it work?”
“Ringba’s Account Management functionality is a really nice tool, especially if you are running a Pay Per Call business and you have people in your company that are in different roles, right? So you might have your c-level or leadership people, somebody that is hopefully on the ground floor in the weeds using Ringba on a day-to-day basis- so people that are in operations, and then sales people. So, you are going to want these people to have different types of user accounts, or access, and the ability to see certain information within Ringba. The Account Manager functionality within Ringba does exactly that. You can give people the type of access that they need, so that they can see the information that they should be seeing.
Ringba’s User Groups feature was built so that account managers and staff can have the level of reporting access that is convenient for them. The feature was built with both sides of the business in mind- seamlessly manage your vendors/publishers as well as your clients/buyers. Choose between allowing account managers to see complete admin level reporting for their assigned partners, or apply a ‘Read Only’ restriction when full access is not necessary. Since most Pay Per Call companies have teams to manage partners, this feature makes it really easy to distribute reports appropriately.”
